DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON MEETINGS?

Mostly, we live online. Most of our communication happens remotely, which means we can work with people pretty much anywhere without turning every conversation into a calendar event. But if we're in the same area and meeting in person actually makes sense, we're open to it.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

It depends. Annoying answer. True answer. You can find approximate pricing on our website, but the final cost depends on what you actually need. We'll discuss it first and give you a clear quote before anything begins.

DO YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK?

Generally, no. Unless a client specifically requests or insists on using AI, we prefer to create our work using human creativity, strategy, research, and expertise.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

The price is agreed upon before we begin working on your project, so there are no surprise costs. Once the agreed work has been completed and approved, we'll send you an invoice for payment. For larger or long-term projects, we may agree on a different payment structure beforehand.

WHAT INDUSTRIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

If your business exists, we're interested. We work across different industries and we're especially interested in areas like: industrial businesses, construction, manufacturing, engineering, B2B, technology, professional services. Sometimes the “boring” industries have the most interesting stories. They just need better creative people telling them.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE DURING A PROJECT?

We like to keep communication simple and convenient. We usually use: Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Email for simpler communication and updates. At the beginning of the project, we'll agree on the communication method that works best for everyone.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH LARGE BUSINESSES?

Definitely not. We work with startups, small businesses, personal brands and more established companies.

CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE COMMITING?

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?

A quick creative project might take days. A full brand, campaign or website naturally takes longer. Before we start, we'll discuss the timeline so everyone knows what's happening and when. And if something changes, you'll hear it from us.

CAN I REQUEST CHANGES OR REVISIONS?

Of course. We don't expect you to love version one by magic. Revisions are part of the process. The number and type of revisions included will depend on the project, and we'll make that clear before we start.

WILL I KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING DURING THE PROJECT?

Yes. We'll keep you updated, share progress at the right stages and make sure you know what's going on.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM STRATEGIES?

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME BEFORE STARTING?

We'll usually need some information about your business, goals, audience and any existing branding or marketing materials. If you've got everything neatly organised that's amazing, and if your files are called final_FINAL_v2_USETHISONE.pdf - we've seen worse.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?

No. We can't honestly guarantee a specific number of sales, followers, leads or viral posts. Marketing isn't magic, but we bring the effort to come as close to that magic as possible.

ARE THERE ANY CAREER OR JOB OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE?
